Summer Cao, a PhD candidate at hBMS Lab, presented her early entrepreneurship journey at the official launch of Nucleate Australia’s Sydney Chapter, held at the Sydney Knowledge Hub. The event brought together leading voices in biotech, medtech, and agritech innovation, including startup founders, researchers, and investors.

Summer introduced NeuroNexus, a human microphysiological platform that integrates brain organoids and neural circuits on a chip, offering new frontiers in humanised neuropsychiatry research.
